Sometimes relatives and/or friends may even assist the person in finding a victim. Some innocent victims who are unaware of the true intentions are lured into the commitment. This makes marriage a mockery and dehumanizes the unwitting spouse. Their trust and love are rewarded with infidelity, betrayal and heartache. Barbaric and primitive behaviour demeans the sanctity of marriage by exploiting it for personal gain.

There is a certain type of cultural background and socio-economic status that the predators prefer when selecting their victims. These predators do not respect or value the diversity and individualism that enriches our society. They are prejudiced that their culture is superior to others and usually choose a victim of a different cultural background. They take up the role of playing god and orchestrate their game of marriage.
